Unnecesarry dependency rust-docs #381

The rust docs are used in the build process? This simply wastes bandwidth and storage space.

I am still pretty new to nix. I would love to but I currently lack the know how for most solutions. I will return in the future to fix this when I am a bit more seasoned.
