fix(.github): Remove troubled tests for macos #116

I don’t understand what this was for, there’s no documentation, and we are running all tests on macos anyway. So let’s get rid of this extra macos build.

What they were for: MacOS builds were very flaky there for a bit, and I didn't have good resources to test them.

No objections to pulling them out at the moment though.
