Import vagrant-hostname.nix and vagrant-network.nix #7

Vagrant supports nixos by generating the /etc/nixos/vagrant-*.nix files. The main /etc/nixos/configuration.nix file should automatically import them.

Fixed in the latest 15.09 release. Probably not worth back-porting.
