Run on Nixpkgs in CI #120

Releases 3.0.3 and 3.0.4 turn out to break on Nixpkgs (see https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/302990 and https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/305768), which we only discovered after the fact. We should always run nixdoc against Nixpkgs to prevent that. Ping @hsjobeki
