Nixops 2.0 upgrade #4

This splits the WIP commit in https://github.com/Kiwi/nixops-digitalocean/tree/nixops-2.0 and rebases @adisbladis commits from https://github.com/Kiwi/nixops-digitalocean/tree/nixops-2.0 onto it.

Second version of the PR, due to reasons.
