Investigate tests #5

Tests are likely not up to date; we need to remove or fix deprecated tests, and evaluate if new ones should be written.

I forgot to tag this issue on #8.

I didn't find any tests for DigitalOcean in NixOps 1.7. Looking through the current master branch on NixOps, I can't tell if the tests for the officially supported backends are going to reside with the plugins or with NixOps core.

I think it makes most sense for plugins to contain their own tests, even if there is some duplication between the backends -- especially for non-officially supported plugins.

I rely quite a bit on NixOps and DigitalOcean, so would like to help with this project any way that I can. Adding some basic tests seemed like a good place to start.
