flake.nix: simplify #343

use flake-utils fix statix lints inherit instead of assign format alejandra

I am kind of anti-flake-utils. Can we use nixpkgs-lib instead if we just need some extra mapping functions? Or can you convince me it's necessary?

@Artturin please re-add the overlay attribute, I'm not okay with this change breaking things for existing users.
