react to nixpkgs changes for lock files #401

It seems the way cargo is used in nixpkgs has changed.

This breaks some packages, like salut and shotman.

I don't really have time to look at this right now, unfortunately.

i'll ask around and see if we can keep using cargo sha because it's ok for us to use even if the hashes change across rust versions
