Support git:// and git+ssh:// urls #131

npm package.json syntax allow supply links to private git repositories. Probably #94 could be extended to support all variants of git urls.

We make few attempts to implement this ourself (https://github.com/avnik/npmlock2nix) but result are too dirty to be applied upstream

I think we are open for contributions. The project is not dead, and I've never even bothered looking at dream2nix.
