flake: add nix-community cachix nixConfig #366

This can be merged once this repo is moved back to the nix-community buildbot.

@Mic92 When can we move this repo back to the nix-community buildbot? Besides wanting to use the community cache currently I can't restart builds either which is a bit inconvenient.

Not for now. You can use git commit --amend && git push --force to trigger a rebuild. The binary cache is currently not very useful for this project as most builds are just text files that will be build locally anyway by nix. I am currently taking a break of nix-community infra until at least the end of February because your hardheadedness killed all motivation.
