Support logging in #5

Depot Downloader supports reading a number of file to allow it to log in, even if you use SteamGuard. https://github.com/Siegema/nix-steam has support for this (though it has other issues which are keeping me from running it). It would be great if steam-fetcher also supported it.

Any suggestions on the interface for this? It would be great to expose all of DepotDownloader's features in this fetcher.
