regenerating nix expressions with pypi2nix version 1.1.0
adding release.nix to be integrated with hydra

also for those interested, for now i manually convert buildout.cfg to requirements.txt and then run pypi2nix -r requirements.txt but i'm working on getting pypi2nix work directly with buildout.cfg (eg. pypi2nix -b buildout.cfg)
