Page for License and Testing info #1

Need a page that contains information about license info and test sessions. Could provide some resources for studying for the test, information about when we have our test sessions, and maybe even some info about renewing/vanity callsigns, etc

Started building page for testing info. Emailed Rob to see if he had any specific info he wants included, but if anyone else has any, feel free to chime in!

Backend also now has an endpoint to add new testing dates, so we can build that into our new admin pages as well!

Whoops, forgot this would close when I merged that...

Anyways, the testing page is live and can be found at https://www.nixahams.net/#/testing

I haven't added it to the nav bar yet, and it also doesn't look the greatest on mobile, but I think my next priority is going to be getting the horizontal nav bar into the live version so that we aren't fighting against such a major design difference between versions. That should also make the mobile design much easier

Can you change the date to 7/8/23 for July? This is the page we get it from ARRL, number increments by one each month. Bet that could automate the info in the fields if we wanted

Yep, that's my bad - was looking at June instead of July

Could definitely look into automating that!
