Describe the feature you'd like
I use seren to watch anime, but sometimes, existing sources use different titles to what seren scrapes with. Since scraping can be difficult for non-English shows, I'd like the option to scrape using a movie/show's alternate titles. An option in the context menu when attempting to play an episode to choose from different alternate titles would be nice. I believe this would help with people's problems trying to scrape in other languages as well.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Fen has an option to scrape with a custom search text, however, this becomes tiresome when you need to do this when watching each episode. Ideally, you would be able to overwrite a show to scrape using your chosen title-not sure if this is feasible.

For the season 3 of this show, I've found that scraping using the Romaji title manually in Fen (Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san) yields results where using the English name doesn't.
