The pop up might be placed in a spot which might cause these difficulties. In the interim, I would suggest pressing on the revoke option in the settings first. Then attempting to authorise. Revoking first should stop the prompt from coming up and allow the authorisation to go through.
I'll look into where and how we triggerthat prompt again and see if we can't limit it to stop this sort of tom foolery.
Hi Nixgate,Might be a daft question, but where would I find the revoke option, just spent some time going through all of the settings menu but I’ve found nothing like revoke anywhere. I have wiped the add on data and brought it back to factory defaults, however that has made no difference. Your help is greatly appreciated.CheersAlan Sent from my iPhoneOn 1 Jan 2023, at 23:16, nixgates @.***> wrote: The pop up might be placed in a spot which might cause these difficulties. A pop up continuously popping up stating the Trakt Api keys are invalid and Trakt needs reauthorisation
this pop up initially appeared while video was playing , but continues to pop up even as a response to trying to authorise Trakt account, making it impossible to actually authorise Trakt.
Looking though, it looks very similar to the issue last year. Seren was working yesterday, not so much today.
