[BUG] - Seren crashing Kodi at end of episode #876

Describe the bug After watching an episode (Some times, not all the time, but enough to be annoying) the Kodi app will crash to the desktop.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Watch Something
  2. Wait for it to end
  3. Crashes to desktop

Expected behavior Should start the next episode of the series as per normal

Kodi Version (please complete the following information): Kodi Version 19.4 Seren Version 3.0.0
