Create channel function and update to jsonFile with newly created channel name.

• changed class to classname in src/_layouts/Channel.jsx .
• added createChannel function.
• Commented the user privileged access to certain channel (could be added later but had some problem with it that prevented the channel update to json).

Should be ready to merge. I'll work on joining channel right after. The current format in the db.
