Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Being able to install temporary packages is nice because you can test things out without adding a package to your config, while also keeping track of everything you've temporarily installed. But when you do this enough, sometime you also want to delete all these packages and forget what they all were.

Describe the solution you'd like I want a subcommand that would let you do something like shan config purge that would delete all of the temporary packages you have installed and set your temporary.edn back to empty.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manually deleting from the temporary.edn

This was finished a while ago, not sure why it's still open.
