As stated in this issue, adding a few flags to your JRUBY_OPTS makes pry-nav usable under JRuby. This PR adds the info to the readme.

Apologies @camertron for letting this go for long, but @ivoanjo has helped fix JRuby to work with pry-nav. See https://github.com/jruby/jruby/issues/4051 and https://github.com/jruby/jruby/pull/4052

Once his PR #26 is merged, I think we'll have great JRuby compatibility. Closing this in favor of #26.
