How it works:

Pass the role ID as the first (and only argument). Reminder that a role's ID is acquired with \@said_role, and the ampersand is to be skipped.

The mute command
A cron (implemented with node-cron?) to check the muteds enMap every N seconds (said to be 5, make it configurable?

The package{,lock}.json and scepter.js don't need to be part of the PR because they're already in the devel branch.
