Switch to Sway #27

Sway looks like the next step after i3 towards a modern Wayland supporting WM. If this issue lasts long enough we might switch straight to something built on Rust though.

We cannot switch at the moment mainly because alacritty doesn't run inside sway due to:

thread 'main' panicked at 'Winit requires at least version 5 of the wl_seat global.

Blocked by jwilm/alacritty/issues/97 and swaywm/sway/issues/1390.

We could also preview Wayland in other WMs like gnome.
