Implement Light Mode #61

In celebration of macOS finally getting Dark Mode, we'll get ourself Light Mode just to "be different".

[ ] Vim Support (PR to lightline needed)
[ ] Alacritty Support
[ ] i3blocks Support
[ ] i3lock Support
[ ] Wallpaper Support?

As someone who uses zathura to read PDFs quite a lot now. I'll say that I find myself mostly reading with inverted colors (i.e. light on dark), but sometimes it just feels "right" to stare at dark on light. Editing in vim or working within my terminal in general will probably have the same effect, and may be worth the extra work.
