out.vhdx will not created #2

Hi,

i tried your tool with the actual version of RPCS3 and the version 0.0.29-15597 (Sept 2023). The Tool will get the message for the creation mode, after installing a pkg file and closing the RPCS3 there will show up a command prompt for the creation of the out.vhdx file, but the command prompt closes shortly and no file was generated.

Hi. Yeah, some other people reported me this issue. I think that on my computer i have Hyper V enabled in Windows feature and without that, i'm not sure windows have the command lines tools to manage vhdx.
