Hi njaupan,

Thank you for the tool. May I know-- 1) If the tool is dedicated for eccDNA-seq or it can be used to identify eccDNAs from WGS data? 2) Can we use HiFi reads as well?

Thank for your question, I wondering the same. I also would like to use HIFI WGS data to identifying eccDNA. I think we need to use the map-sr mode but with a minimap output? Is it possible to skip the mapping processing ?
