I re-started the apero_flat_spirou.py above, but got the same error. Apero says 'All input files files passed QC' at the beginning of the processing.

Yep, this is a known error. I've no idea why but this night always seems to fail. There are calibrations the night before and after so it isn't too important.

If someone is bored they can compare the input files to this to the night before and after and try to figure out why it fails consistently.
