Apero_lbl_compute/mask/compile error, even after re-run of apero_mk_template #753

I re-ran the apero_mk_template code and QC is still failing for TOI-3397 (2024-03-07):

Same thing again for GJ3693 (2024-03-08), the errors are for the three scripts apero_lbl_compute/mask/compile. Here is the error after re-running the apero_mk_template:

Yer os this could mean two things:

  1. There has not been enough observations yet [in which case we ignore this error]
  2. Many files failed reduction (to the telluric correction point)

To check which one it is you can look to see how many raw files there are compared to how many tcorr files there are (probably from ARI) and also check what the distribution in time across a year there is for those that passed all QC and were reduced to the end of the "tcorr" part of the telluric correct.
