[APERO] Produce a mini data set for NIRPS HE and HA

Produce a mini data set (similar to the spirou one) for NIRPS-HE and NIRPS-HA

Must contain:

• only raw data
• some hot stars (enough to not crash apero)
• one science target (or two?)

It should be as small as possible while not crashing any part of APERO.
