[APERO] Problem with nirps_offline requests? #202

Several people have tried using apero request form for nirps_offline and now get:

Could not get profile parameters with error: Profile nirps_he_offline not valid.

[ ] Test request again via spreadsheet (@CharlesCadieux)
[ ] Test request manually via apero get (@CharlesCadieux)

I've just thought that with new profile names nirps_he_online_udem this actually may break the requests completely. We should check that any requests work now!

Okay I've updated the reduction names in the google form - seems this has to be done manually. So the ARI request links should now work

Oh I also had to update the PASSKEY column APERO PROFILES as they need to match.

I'm going to try an nirps_he_offline_udem request now.

Okay this is more annoying than I thought... the profiles in apero_requests also have to be changed to add the _udem tag
