[APERO] processing - objects not in database should not stop use of SCIENCE_TARGETS #267

Reported that SCIENCE_TARGETS = obj1 when obj1 is not in the object database does not allow processing (Issue github.com/njcuk9999/apero-drs/issues/780)

[x] Add warning that target should be added to astrometric database
[x] Allow objects to pass through that are not in database (if this is possible)
