Overall suite of test to run on a full (or patial) reduction.

• [ ] good class based code to add new tests easily
• [ ] good interface (html) to read the errors
• [ ] model index database (based on logs)
• [ ] comparison between model index database and real index database
• [ ] test on mini data
• [ ] test on full data set

Note Task #95 is to add the html to ARI but requires this task is finished first.
