Telluric corrected files not being used in RV calculations #16

Following a discussion with @eartigau last week, we determined that after the telluric pre-cleaning step the appropriate telluric corrected files are produced, however the RV code is instead using the uncorrected files.

Ah okay yes, Etienne did mention this.

Turns out that in our wrapper script we do not look for the internally telluric corrected files after doing the telluric correction for HARPS/CARMENES/ESPRESSO

A fix has been implemented, pending testing, I'll close this once it has been verified as the fix.
