There is currently no verification when using NIRPS-HA and NIRPS-HE instrumental setup that the S2D are actually from these modes. I successfuly used LBL on HA data using NIRPS-HE (by accident). We could add a assert looking at the "HIERARCH ESO INS MODE" keyword to make sure we are using LBL correctly
