[LBL] Add HARPS (ESO and ORIG) modes

Currently we support the original mode but should also support the ESO mode

• [ ] Find HARPS data reduced with the ESO pipeline
• [ ] Add classes to LBL for both ORIG and ESO
• [ ] Test with test_data.py

@CharlesCadieux do we have a good example that has both data sets (old and new pipelines?) even if it is not the same data set?

If so could you tar up a small set (10-15 science files of the same object) for each + one blaze for each (if required)

Yes, the example data sets Proxima_HARPS_ESO.tar.xz and Proxima_HARPS_ORIG.tar.xz are now on /spirou/cook
