Add LARGE_RV flag to wrapper / compute to allow a CCF to be run inside.
Flag would be True or False (false by default)
Flag is True does a CCF (apero style) inside LBL compute to give a rough start for an RV for each observation.
This is only for use for targets with a large RV signal (which means sysvel changes too much to use current approach)
