bl_run.ini: Why are files for HARPS, NIRPS etc. downloaded when working with SPIRou data ? #48

bug or is just a key missing in lbl_run.in to select the instrument ?

My response:

This is just Etienne dumping files in the models directory. Currently the model directory is not instrument dependent.
