Ixodida, Aves names appear not to have taxonIDs #17

When inspecting Ixodida names at https://github.com/njdowdy/tpt-taxonomy/blob/main/Ixodida/Ixodida-standardized-v2.csv the taxonID field is not populated.

@njdowdy @EMTuckerLab is this expected?

Similarly, Aves list does not appear to have taxonIDs

I've created a workaround for the taxa without a taxonID .
