ixodes authorship strings are formatted in different styles (all caps, no year) #3

some of the authorship strings are formatted in different styles:

examples include:

MOREL VASSILIADES (all caps) YAMAGUTI CLIFFORD TIPTON 1968 (all caps) FROGGATT (no year, all caps) FILIPPOVA (no year, all caps) FROGGATT (no year, all caps) Kaiser & Hoogstraal 1975 (expected?)

This is another issue with the data as received. Lots of missing information there, so we decided not to parse further. Treat it as "verbatimScientificNameAuthorship" (which is not a DwC field!). I'd drop it from further usage downstream until the taxonomic source can provide better authorship data. Retained here for "losslessness" I suppose you could say.
