build: remove unneeded MAINTAINERCLEANFILES #55

Otherwise build won't work when --enable-maintainer-mode used: doc/Makefile.am:24: MAINTAINERCLEANFILES was already defined in condition TRUE, which includes condition MAINTAINER_MODE ... doc/Makefile.am:10: ... MAINTAINERCLEANFILES' previously defined here frontend/Makefile.am: installingbuild-scripts/depcomp' Makefile.am: installing `./INSTALL'
