Hi,

Are you trying to build from Git, rather than the official release? twolame-0.3.13.tar.gz.

If you want to build the man file, then you need enable --enable-maintainer-mode and make sure you have asciidoc installed on your machine.

Is there a reason that the bug fixed in #54 has been reintroduced? I guess many people just want to get libtwolame for their ffmpeg and really dont care about asciidoc and manpages.
