add a new page for the mid-autumn festival event

The following content should be added to the home page top slide area as the first slide. The "Details" button should be linked to the new page for the mid-autumn festival event. The new page shows event time, location, and activities (in English and Chinese). It has a sponsor section to list all golden(large font), silver(medium font), and brown sponsors(small font). The sponsor name/logo is linked to the sponsor website if available.

I updated the home page through the master branch and made it go to this given form. I can update a sponsor list when provided with a list of the sponsors and the corresponding levels.

This time I updated the main branch rather than a separate master branch. Check out the changes and formatting and let me know how it is. It still needs a vendor list attachment and once all ads have proper descriptions as you said, I'll update that as well.

There is a reead me page https://github.com/njhpca/njhpca.github.io#readme which was based on the previous bitbucket repository. Now the repository is in github but the steps are the same. Basically, you need to crone the branch to your local as your person development branch like byzhao-fetival, and do the change and test there. When it is ready, you create a Pull request for review. After addressing the review comments and the PR is approved, you can merge your change to the master branch.
