Custom item width #110

.entry .entry-body, .entry .entry-title, .entry .entry-likers {max-width: 100%;
}

This sets the entry/article width to 100%, filling the available horizontal 
space. Makes reading much nicer and as before.

If you use Reader in List View it automatically fills 100%. I'm going to make a 
custom field for this width though.  The text needs to be narrower in my 
opinion. The reason newspaper columns are relatively short (~50 characters) is 
because the human eye can track them extremely easily without moving much.
