There is still an add that displays at the top of gmail. Maybe is just the last 
actualization.If you please could check this out i would thank you a lot. I 
love your app, its very handy and useful. Thank you.

These are called Web Clips. You can disable them in Gmail settings: 
https://mail.google.com/mail/#settings/webclips
