Hide "Insert: Invitation", Plain Text link, Move Pop-out icon to corner & align fields

I recently noticed the amount of stuff I don't use in the "Composing an email" 
section in Gmail. Now, perhaps I'm asking to much of you, or perhaps I'm being 
greedy and picky; heck maybe I'm being all of them. 

I just was wondering if it was possible to fix all the things highlighted in 
red with custom CSS? 

I've attached a before, and after.

Planned features:

* Hide "Insert: Invitation"
* Hide Plain Text link
* Move Pop-out icon to corner & align fields

You will have to remove the CC, BCC, and right padding yourself with a new 
module

Alright, the CC and BCC isn't a major issue. I'll look into creating a new 
module to sole the padding issue.

If anyone else is interested in this I thought I'd give you the heads up I 
don't think the padding issue is actually fixable with CSS.
