New attachement icons behind date in vertical split pane view #165

What is the problem? Describe completely:

Minimalist version   - 0.5.17
Relevant core module - ??
Chrome version       - 17.0.963.26 dev
Operating System     - Mac OS X 10.7.2
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    - No
Other extensions     - 1Password, Google RSS, Better History, Adblock Plus

Date formats with 8 digits (DD.MM.YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY respectively) are too long 
and reach into the new attachement icons. When changing the date format to 6 
digits (MM/DD/YY) everything is fine.

I would recommend using the Move Icon Column lab: 
https://mail.google.com/mail/#settings/labs

It makes the icons easier to see and will solve this issue.

Thanks for the tip - unfortunately it doesn't really solve the problem: Move 
Icon Column lab seems to only work when split view is disabled (I'm using 
vertical split view).

What I just noticed: Above mentioned bug report is limited to the vertical 
split view. In horizontal- or no-split-view better attachement icons are fine, 
even when displayed in 8 digit date format - sorry for the confusion!
