allow hiding of To: or make Bcc: the default #191

I use gmail to manange a mailing list.  I have the addresses in groups and I 
always want to use Bcc: when I send out an announcement.  Unfortunately I 
sometimes forget to click Add Bcc: and wish the To: could be configured to Bcc:
