CJ pointed out a few issues in the HEATR equations for photons:

Equation 164: may require the yield Y_\gamma (total energy = energy per gamma multiplied by the number of gammas), E squared bar should be E bar squared Equation 171: E - Q -Er so the + sign before the fourth term should be a minus

For future work: take into account upscattering, which may lead to negative KERMA values.
