Thomas Saller (LANL) indicated another issue when processing ENDF/B-VII.1 Zn70 multigroup data into the NDI format. It would appear that unresr prodcues a negative cross section for a very small sigma0 value (in this case 0.1). This results in the creation of a GENDF file with a NaN value in it, causing the NDI formatting tools to crash.
