GROUPR error "gral***x2 lt x1" appears and disappears #161

Hi, everybody,

I'm experiencing an issue with the NJOY2016 GROUPR module, which fails with the message ***error in gral***x2 lt x1.

I had this problem with the feature/upn-epm branch (which I need for multigroup meshes), but the same occurs with the current (25dba49) main branch as well.

It can be reproduced by running those two examples sequentially : 1 then 2 with this tape. I would have liked to make it simpler, but simply concatenating them mysteriously bypasses the trouble I wish to highlight.

I am totally lost in front of this elusive problem, disappearing and reappearing depending on the module options (number of temperatures, dilutions, etc), in a very unpredictable way. Would you have any lead that could direct me towards solving this issue?

Please note that I'm not totally sure that this is a bug in NJOY2016. I don't rule out that it could be

If it can be useful, I use GFortran 8.2.0 on CentOS 7.3.

Thank you for your attention!

Salut Vivian. Comment ca se passe en France? J'ai vu que les restriction vont encore continuer jusqu'en juin.

I assume you're asking this because we're pulling in upn-epm into master now? It took a while but I felt we had left it sitting there for too long. Either way, it doesn't surpise me this happens in the master branch as well since we have not touched groupr in a significant way for a while.

I'll try to reproduce this issue and see what is going on. It may take me some time since I am currently preparing for a WPEC meeting next week.

Salut Wim. La France se confine durement et ça a l'air bien parti pour durer, effectivement. Il ne me semble pas que ça va être bien mieux de votre côté, si ?

Well no, this issue isn't related to upn-epm pull into master. Just a pure timing coincidence! Glad to hear it, anyway.

If there's anything I can do to help, let me know.

Prends soin de toi.

Tu devrais voir mes cheveux, je ne suis plus aller me faire couper les cheveux depuis 4 mois maintenant ;-)

I'm assigning this to myself to force me to start fixing outstanding issues.
