Diff command not working #147

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press on Diff command.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i) Press on Diff command in Working copy window does nothing.
ii) Press on Diff command in Repository says
"/Applications/svnX.app/Contents/Resources/svndiff.sh: line 74: opendiff:
command not found"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVNX : Version 1.3.1 (1.3.1)
Mac OS X : 10.7

Please provide any additional information below.
I upgraded my system to Lion.

Please open svnX’s Help window & read section “3.11. Diff”.
[In short — you should only specify a diff application that is installed.]

Also, the Diff tool displays nothing if there are no differences to display.

Hi

For me diff (kdiff3) is working from Repository Window but not from Working
Copy.
It was working before update,
I don't see any error in OSX Console
Any clue ?

Thanks

Both commands use the same script, so I don’t know why one would not work.
Are you sure that there are textual differences?
Does Diff PREV (⇧⌘D) work?
What do the Activity window’s log & info drawers show for the Diff command?
Do they both work if you set a different app e.g. FileMerge or TextWrangler?
What svnX, Subversion & OSX versions are you using?

Lack of response.
Assuming user error.
