evaluate_diy function missing #1

i cannot get the evaluate_diy function in eval_metrics_cvae.py. can u provide it for reference ?thanks！

Sorry, I mistakenly replied to this one only to find that it didn't work. The evaluate_diy is simply a function that allows custom formatted inputs to calculate pycoco. The evaluate_diy function is in the new added eval.py, you can just replace the eval.py in pycocoevalcap package by our eval.py.
